Traumatic Birth Debrief
This is for you if you have walked the path of a traumatic birth or postpartum & find yourself ruminating on the experience. If you experienced obstetrical violence, coercion or sabotage it was not your fault.
Do you feel ready to step into integration & healing from your birth? Are you wanting to grow your family but afraid to get pregnant & give birth again? Are you struggling to be the type of Mother that you know you want to be?
I would be honored to guide & support you through your healing. During our sessions we will practice somatic tools & explore birth story medicine. I will invite you to develop a greater sense of knowing yourself, what you are capable of & what your body has been communicating to you.
