Throughout history many cultures have received healthful benefits from the consumption of placenta and modern research is proving these traditions to have merit. Placentas are rich in vitamins, minerals, hormones, stem cells and produce high levels of (CRH) corticotropin releasing hormone. CRH is a stress reducing hormone that may help to reduce stress levels in new mothers. Many women taking encapsulated placenta report an increase in breast milk supply and less hormone fluctuations which may in turn reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.

A simple & convenient way that mothers can appreciate the benefits of their placenta is to have it professionally encapsulated for their personal use. If this is something you are interested in, I can assist you. I have been trained to process & encapsulate placentas using the Traditional Chinese Method (TCM). I follow the Public Health Agency of Canada's guidelines, employ safe Food Handling Guidelines and follow OSHA standards for Bloodborne Pathogens & Infection Control for Placenta Encapsulation training.

Following the TCM of preparing your placenta, warming "herbs" such as ginger, jalapeño & lemon are used to encourage the restoration of your strength & vitality after giving birth. Your placenta will rest on these herbs as it is gently steamed. These herbs are not included as part of your capsules.

Your placenta will be picked up, safely and respectfully prepared and your capsules will be delivered back to you, usually within 3-5 business days.

My fee is $325 which includes: deposit & encapsulation services. Services include: picking up your placenta, processing, encapsulating and delivering your capsules back to you. (you may request a placenta print, placenta photos & umbilical cord keepsake at no additional charge)

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to retain your position on my schedule.

I serve the Spokane, WA area. I am currently living in Chattaroy & am happy to serve the area. Additional charges are required to serve clients outside of this area due to the extended distances to cover added commute times & expenses. I am willing to travel and serve women in Post Falls, Sand Point, St Maries, Lewiston ID, Medical Lake, Cheney, Chewelah, Ritzville WA & more. Shipping your capsules to you is also an option when desired.

A tincture & homeopathic remedy are also available. The additional cost for them is $200. Please note that they will be finished in 4-6 weeks & will then be delivered to you as well.
